In this session, our students learned about their personality types and how to most effectively work with the other personalities with Leadership Facilitator Chris Molina. The students took a personality quiz beforehand to determine if they were a lion, owl, koala, or peacock. Their Team Advisors acted out each animal group and the students had to guess what animal it was, then find their group accordingly.

We then asked the students to give us their best impressions of their animals for their families to see. Molina then guided the students through a hands-on activity to explain the different personalities more in-depth, and how students of different personality types can work better together when they understand each other.
