Working with a Canon EOS Mark 50 MII, the Film Intensive students were walked through a DSLR workshop in the morning and were tasked with applying that knowledge in the afternoon.

The students were taught the basics of DSLRs, such as adjusting ISO, aperture, shutter speed, depth of field,  and various shot types like wide, medium, and close-ups. In small groups, the students spend some time outside operating in manual mode with manual focus, learning how to create those shots by making adjustments to the camera.
