Leadership Facilitator Chris Molina gave his signature talk on Code-Switching to the students. Molina discussed how we feel the need to change the way we express ourselves based on what the dominant group is.
The students shared their own stories about how they’ve Code-Switched in the past and what that felt like. Molina closed the session with advice on critically thinking about Code-Switching and how to create a space where others feel more comfortable being their authentic selves.
